BlueLink: only outsourcer on podium among top socially responsible companiesOn Monday 5 October, for the second year running, the AFRC (French Customer Service Association) recognized excellence of professionals in the customer service sector. 14 expert jurors decided to award the third prize in the category ‘Best Socially Conscious Company’ to BlueLink. This leader in value-added customer management was the only outsourcer to stand on the podium that day (next to Bouygues Telecoms and EDF). “In 2008, we received the Social Responsibility Label, and it is a great honour to win this award as recognition of our community involvement”, said Tanguy de Laubier, CEO of BlueLink. “It is the result of our tireless efforts towards improving our social practices; to name a few, these include our Diversity and Disability Initiative, our commitment to effective career management formalized in the GPEC agreement [Projected Management of Jobs and Skills] and employee volunteering in support of Samusocial,” he concluded. |
