Customer advisor
The customer advisor is in charge of:
- answering calls from acquired customers by simultaneously managing information and the tools to guide the conversation
- applying remote customer relations techniques and procedures
- giving assistance and advice to remote customers by telephone, letter or e-mail
- building loyalty, advising and informing customers on products and services managed by the company
- promoting and selling said products and services
Main skills and capacities:
- Speaking and writing at least one other language than French: English, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch
- Computer fluency
- Good feel for customer relations, listening and comprehension skills
- Being dynamic and a sense of team spirit
- Sales capabilities and command of sales and negotiation techniques
- Strength of conviction
