Supervisor
The supervisor is a key manager for performance at the heart of the call-centre.
The supervisor is in charge of:
- Managing a team of ten customer advisors
- Properly implementing missions that are assigned to the team
- Monitoring, advising and motivating team members
- Guaranteeing team efficiency through steering indicators and reaching goals
- Coaching co-workers and making them progress using a perfection plan
- Managing planning and organisation for team tasks on a daily basis
- Proposing improvements for developing and optimising activities
- Informing co-workers about team results, the call-centre and corporate life
