Supervisor

The supervisor is a key manager for performance at the heart of the call-centre.

The supervisor is in charge of:

  • Managing a team of ten customer advisors
  • Properly implementing missions that are assigned to the team
  • Monitoring, advising and motivating team members
  • Guaranteeing team efficiency through steering indicators and reaching goals
  • Coaching co-workers and making them progress using a perfection plan
  • Managing planning and organisation for team tasks on a daily basis
  • Proposing improvements for developing and optimising activities
  • Informing co-workers about team results, the call-centre and corporate life
