Since I was 17, I’ve been trying to conciliate my sales training with a job by alternating theory and practice. During the first six months at BlueLink, I alternated language lessons during the day and my paying job at night from 5:45 to 8:30pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Then I got offered a full time job during the summer and later an indefinite term contract remote sales full time.

Telephone sales agent

Just like the customer advisor, the telephone sales agent is the end-customer’s privileged contact. He informs the clients on the products and services to lead to a sale. He is in charge of selling a product to customers in his portfolio.

At the heart of a closely supervised team, the telephone sales agent has the following duties:

  • Calling customers
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Informing the customers about products and services
  • Closing the sale while respecting the sales and production objectives

  • Good resistance to stress and failure linked to telephone canvassing
  • Good feel for customer relations

This job is open to any person with the capacity to develop and finalize sales pitches.

This job can be part time and in staggered hours, compatible with class hours.
