Antonin Demoulin, Team Leader for Flying BlueNationality: French Was BlueLink International CZ your first big professional experience? No I worked in France Holidays Camp for kids. According to my studies, I also worked in Travel Agency Business Center. How did you find out about the company and what motivated you to join BLICZ?When I arrived in Prague, BlueLink International CZ was still named Team Trackers. Back then I wanted to leave France to discover new cultures and improve my English skills. I searched and I found the job offer on the internet and 2 weeks later I moved to Prague. I am still here 4 years later. How long have you been in BLICZ and how was your evolution during your experience?I started here on October 2007. Originally I was a Front Office Coordinator for Air France Luggage claims, and then I received training and was also doing Back Office (financial compensation) for RAM (Royal Air Maroc) and CORSAIR. With the launch of Transavia Booking, I took the opportunity to know more about the different systems and work. Finally, the Loyalty Unit opened with Flying Blue – where I did Quality Controls - and that was my main product for a couple of years. In the end, I had experienced almost every unit and product in Prague and that was a great advantage for me. I ended up doing the whole process in Customer Care: Sales, Post Sales and finally the Fidelization of clients. Because of this flexibility, I had the opportunity to discover the Sydney BlueLink office and worked for Flying Blue there during 6 months. Upon my return, there was an opportunity to apply for Team Leader and I took it. Now, I am Team Leader for Flying Blue in BLICZ. How do you feel this work is contributing to your professional life and skills?Definitely it is. When I arrived in Prague, I didn’t speak English at all. After 3 months I was fluent - with a French accent of course. I learned also how to be flexible. At some point I was working, at the same time, in several different products and in different languages…easily and quickly. What are the best things about working in BLICZ?The mix of the cultures, to work with people from different nationalities and learn from them on the daily life. What are the biggest challenges? My personal one now is to answer to the expectation from the management about my new Team Leader position. |
