Eric Trancoen, Customer Care Coordinator for Air France

Nationality: French

Was BlueLink International CZ your first big professional experience?

Actually not, but it is the first time I work for such a big company dealing with such important clients.

How did you find out about the company and what motivated you to join BLICZ?

I found the company via its website, which is very complete and actually defines exactly what the mood in BLICZ is. I was motivated by the multicultural environment and the young average age.

How long have you been in BLICZ and how was your evolution during your experience?

I started her on 15th December, 2010 as a front office agent, and then I was trained to do AF BO Europe, and was then picked to belong to a team dealing with a new activity. That was a real challenge to be a “test team”.

How do you feel this work is contributing to your professional life and skills?

It contributes very much. Here you can practice languages every day with people from all over the world, so you also have to behave according to the different cultures. Also, as the team spirit is very important here, you have to learn how to work with others and deal with everyone strength and weaknesses. Also it gives me an experience in the Airlines business, which is very interesting and opens doors for many other work areas.

What are the best things about working in BLICZ?

Definitely the multicultural mood. Meeting every day people from everywhere with different experiences and skills is very exiting and opens one’s mind, both for personal and professional life.

What are the biggest challenges?

Dealing with new products, make sure we give to customer the best quality service possible. To sum up, valuing time the best we can so that both customer and clients are satisfied.
