Was BlueLink International CZ your first big professional experience?
After I finished my University studies, I decided to improve my languages abroad. When I came back to the Czech Republic, I was searching for a job that would allow me to benefit from the knowledge and experience I gained. One of the first interviews I had was for BL.
How did you find out about the company and what motivated you to join BLICZ?
I found the proposal on the Internet. As I was always interested in traveling and I spent 1 year in France, working for a French company with airline businesses was perfect for me.
How long have you been in BLICZ and how was your evolution during your experience?
1 year and 9 months. I started with the position of Accor Customer Service coordinator, later on I was working on other shared activities and after a few months I came back to Accor CS. I had the time to focus on the product I knew the most and I got experience by dealing with complex cases and having more responsibility. In September 2011 I decided to apply for the Team Leader position and I succeeded.
How do you feel this work is contributing to your professional life and skills?
I definitely improved my language skills, thanks to the new position as well the managerial skills. I learned how to deal with people, how to motivate them to reach better results. The multicultural spirit surrounding me every day even motivated me to learn a new language.
What are the best things about working in BLICZ?
Friendly and international environment. It is very interesting to meet the people from all around the world.
What are the biggest challenges?
At this very moment the biggest challenge is to become a good team leader and to support my team.
