Air France subsidiary Fréquence Plus Services SA is established.
1998
Company growth continues with new customer integration.
2001
ISO 9001:2000 certification obtained (renewed in 2004).
2003
Team Trackers, a joint subsidiary between Fréquence Plus Services and Europ Assistance, specialised in customer claims management is established.
2005
Air France and KLM loyalty programmes merge;
Flying Blue, Europe’s leading loyalty programme with 13.5 million members, managed by Fréquence Plus Services is established.
2007
Customer relations management service expansion.
Fréquence Plus Services becomes sole owner of its Team Trackers subsidiary.
2008
In April, Fréquence Plus Services becomes BlueLink.
BlueLink is awarded the Social Responsibility label 2008 version which introduces the CSR (corporate social responsibility) criterion.
