Hélène Clave

BlueLink Group Human Resources Director

A lawyer by training with a specialisation in labour law, Hélène Clavé began her career as a Human Resources Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

She joined Air France in 1992 where she held different management positions in the Air France Industries Human Resources division and the Sales France division. She was the head of the Air France Institute of Management and was Project Manager for the reorganisation of Air France’s professional training scheme.

Hélène Clavé joined the BlueLink group in September 2007.
