Our commitments

The BlueLink group, which is committed to responsible economic management - a guarantee for balanced growth - obtained the Social Responsibility Label in May 2008 for its centres in Ivry-sur-Seine near Paris (France) and in Prague (Czech Republic). The group met the conditions to obtain this new certification as of its very first application, based on the following strong points:

Informing staff and the CNIL

on electronic observation and monitoring means implemented, especially through the creation of a charter for computer use as appended in the rules and regulations,

Professionalization of the customer relations trade

by implementing an ambitious training program and individual monitoring of skills and staff training,

Recruitment

based on a hiring policy offering indefinite term contracts and using an objective and non- discriminating procedure based on job description sheets and skills guidelines,

Social dialogue

via an active contractual policy,

Regular in-house events

which encourage informal communication among staff for diversified, dynamic internal communication.

« Obtaining the Social Responsibility Label formalises our civic commitment and our continuing improvement approach which shall be re-evaluated every two years as part of our managerial and social practices regarding quality »,Tanguy de Laubier, BlueLink managing director, November 2008.
