BlueLink is partners with the Samusocial de Paris
(Municipal emergency services for homeless people)
The BlueLink group is involved in a social work partnership by providing five volunteer staff that put their skills at the disposal of the 115 hotline, thus allowing advisors to gain invaluable experience through a mission recognized as a public interest.
Corporate Patronage
Five BlueLink customer advisors are posted at the 115 hotline’s Paris branch for a six-month period (can be renewed once) before reintegrating the BlueLink teams in order to allow others to do the same.
Their mission
At each call, after listening and evaluating the homeless person’s situation, the advisors are there to inform and orient callers towards the appropriate structures and, if need be, to propose emergency shelter for the night. The advisors each follow a 15-day training course including two nights in the field to better grasp the importance of their mission.
