Diversity in BlueLink

A naturally open-minded and multi-cultural company, BlueLink has always been open to all differences and has fought to prevent discrimination in all its sites, in particular towards the disabled. That is why BlueLink initiated a “Diversity and Disability” approach in 2007 which is based on four areas.

Raising awareness and communicating

Objective: exchanging, explaining and understanding what it means to be disabled in a company and in everyday life.

Facilitating disabled worker recruitment and integration

Objective: hiring disabled candidates among the new recruits.

Helping to maintain their employment

Objective: Avoiding the professional exclusion of employees with difficulties.

Using a protected-sector company

Objective: Integrating protected-sector companies in the buying process.

Testimonial from Saïda B., customer advisor
« The Diversity and Disability Manager explained the interest of the status to me and this enabled me to put the word “disability” on something that is invisible.
