« I was hired in October 1994 as a customer advisor and was promoted supervisor less than a year later. I then had the opportunity to participate in different projects, which allowed me to hone my skills and develop my career at the company. I later became Operational Assistant overseeing a team of supervisors and their staff. In October 2000 I was named Operational Coordinator and my job consisted of establishing links between the various departments in Customer Service.

After my maternity leave, I wanted to move on to more cross-departmental positions linked to production and its media. The company gave me the opportunity to take on the newly created position of Quality Coordinator. I worked with the Quality Manager to prepare the application for the new ISO 9001:2000 certification. BlueLink was awarded the certificate in December 2001! I was then given the Quality Manager position where I was able to put all my operational skills to work.

Today I am the Method, Projects and Quality Manager with a 8 person team covering the quality, project management, risk management and fraud prevention activities.»
