At the 24th edition of the Qualiweb Awards for Online Customer Relations held on 17 March, Transavia France was awarded first prize in the Tourism and Transport category for the 4th year running. A remarkable success for the BlueLink teams who manage the airline's remote customer relations.

Each year, the Qualiweb Awards reward the best players in online customer relations. The Qualiweb Barometer measures the quality of customer relations in France on all online channels: e-mails, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Response time, relevance and customisation, as well as quality in form: the ranking, established according to an index of 100 points, is based on these essentials.

This year’s survey, conducted in the last quarter of 2021, covers a panel of approximately 220 French companies in 16 business lines.
