Double silver medal for BlueLink and Clarins! One for “Best Client-Centric Team” and the other for the Public Prize. This year once more, BlueLink ran in the CX Awards but this time in tandem with our partner client Clarins. Organised by Relation Client Magazine, this competition rewards the best initiatives and most innovative solutions in terms of customer experience.

By submitting an entry in the “Best Client-Centric Team” category, BlueLink and Clarins wanted to jointly showcase and promote the kind of common “client-oriented” philosophy and approach they have consistently embraced. This all-encompassing vision of care, as a product, but also as a customer service convinced the jury.

 

The Public Prize was awarded by Internet users who were won over by the approach set out in the pitch for the online entry.

 

The award ceremony took place on 10 June during the CX Paris event bringing together the major players in the sector. The target has already been set for next year: go for gold!
