Once again this year, BlueLink is in the running for the CX Awards but in tandem with its partner client Clarins. Organised by Relation Client Magazine, this competition rewards the best initiatives and most innovative solutions in terms of customer experience.

By running in the “Best Client-Centric Team” category, we have chosen to showcase and promote our long-standing common “client-oriented” vision and approach. The jury was won over by this end-to-end vision of care, as a product, but also as a customer care in order to provide a unique experience. The duo is therefore in the running for the final of this edition!
