How will you be involved?
- Within a team dedicated to the Devialet customer relationship, you will provide a high quality telephone customer service to the brand’s Asian and US Market:
- Informing and providing advice on the brand’s products to customer and prospects
- Promoting and selling the brand’s products
- Handling the after-sales service; assisting customers in setting up and using the products
- Helping customers to solve defaults and dysfunctions
- Complying with the performance and quality indicators as well as the commercial procedures of the brand
How will you make yourself a perfect fit?
- You have trilingual language skills (Cantonese, Mandarin and English) both written and oral
- You are passionate about technology and sound/music, keen on streaming music;
- You have an empathic attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in telephone customer relationship (ex call-centre or hotline) are highly regarded
- You have a way with words in writing as well as in speaking. You like to listen, assess situations and to bring solutions
- Flexible for rotating roster between 7am to 9pm Mon-Sat
