BlueLink changes location and goes hybrid

After 20 years at the Ivry-sur-Seine site, the head office of BlueLink, the international group with expertise in customer relations, and its centre in the Paris region are starting afresh at a gateway to the French capital, in the heart of the town of Arcueil.

On 22 November 2021, the BlueLink teams will move into the Osmose building, their new home, located in the immediate extension of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, in a vibrant yet leafy business district. Characterised by its contemporary and sustainable architecture, the building blends harmoniously into the urban landscape and chimes perfectly with the dynamics of Greater Paris.

It is in this brand new, modern and eco-responsible building that employees will adopt new ways of working. Shifting between the office and home, the relationship with work has become something of a hybrid affair. Offering more useful time and autonomy, teleworking emancipates the teams and makes them grow, so enhancing the employee experience.

In situ, the flex office will be the new thing: no more individual offices, room for collaborative spaces to stimulate creativity and social links. Designed as a “flagship” location, the new premises bear the identity of the BlueLink brand. Like a showroom, they reflect the group’s culture.

For Frank Legré, CEO of BlueLink, this move represents much more than a real estate project, “it is a strategic lever of organisational, managerial and social transformation The acceleration of digital technology, the boom in teleworking, the hybridisation of activities, the quest for a proper work-life balance have all resulted in profound changes that continually call into question our way of living and working. These upheavals also bring into question the vocation of the workplace, which must remain a place of meaning and sociability.
