On the occasion of the 4th edition of the customer relationship Dictation Competition, BlueLink once again demonstrated its excellence in written communication by winning the Gold Trophy in the Service Provider category.
After securing back-to-back titles in 2023 and 2024, followed by a Silver Trophy in 2025, BlueLink has returned to the top spot, reaffirming its commitment to high-quality writing, a core skill in customer relationship professions. Organised by Orthodidacte as part of Customer Relations Week in France, the 2026 edition brought together more than 3,000 participants.
This latest distinction recognises the commitment of BlueLink teams to maintaining demanding standards of written communication in support of an outstanding customer experience. A loyal participant since the competition was first launched, BlueLink continues to champion strong writing skills as an essential capability in customer relations roles.
Once again this year, the dictation proved particularly challenging for participants. Written by Guillaume Terrien, French spelling champion, and read by author and populariser Jean‑Joseph Julaud, the text was rich in lexical, grammatical and spelling subtleties.
For BlueLink, the quality of written communication is a genuine driver of customer relationships. Long-standing supporters of this initiative, we firmly believe that strong writing skills are essential to creating closeness and rapport with customers, especially in remote interactions. Words reassure, explain and inspire. They convey the credibility, authenticity and appeal of brands. In an age of social media and ever-present digital interactions, writing remains a key component of customer relationships. Because, more than ever, words endure.
Beyond the achievement itself, this distinction highlights the importance of written communication in customer relationship. In a world where digital interactions continue to grow, the ability to communicate effectively in writing remains a powerful means of building trust, fostering understanding and creating meaningful connections.
