On 19 November, Camille Comte, Deputy Director of Transformation & Innovation at BlueLink, spoke at the European Luxury Symposium to share her perspective on the limits and challenges of artificial intelligence in remote customer relations.
This contribution was part of the first edition of this exclusive event, held at the Pavillon Presbourg and organised by Journal du Luxe and Frog Capgemini Invent. Under the theme “Europe’s Luxury Industry Facing Its Vertigo”, the gathering brought together sector decision-makers for a strategic reflection: how can luxury preserve its soul while embracing transformation? An essential question to which BlueLink contributed by emphasising the importance of combining technology and human experience to maintain an authentic and distinctive customer relationship.
Driven by influential voices in the industry and hosted by Éric Briones, Director of Journal du Luxe, this key moment revisited the foundations of European luxury its cultural origins and emerging desires in a context where the industry seeks to reconcile heritage and transformation.
BlueLink is proud to have contributed to this collective reflection on the future of luxury and the role of AI in customer relations.
