• What does your job at BlueLink bring you?

Satisfaction, stability, pride and happiness! I had the honor to meet exciting people and different cultures. Every day, I am committed to fulfilling a mission that is to help others. I’m learning new and exciting things everyday. And above all, I had the opportunity to discover a job that I did not know and that corresponds to me totally.

 

• Why did you choose this job?

When I first discovered BlueLink, I realized it was the perfect place for me, with a multicultural environment and the ability to practice multiple languages!

 

• Since your arrival, have you evolved? What is your career in the company?

Absolutely. I started as a client advisor and then I was HR coordinator, and then HR specialist. I am also now helping new employees from abroad to settle in Prague.

 

• What is your best memory since you started at BlueLink?

There are several, but I will especially remember the moments of sharing between colleagues where we can enrich the diversity of each other. I also remember this moment when I represented BlueLink in Paris and Strasbourg with Pôle Emploi (public body responsible for employment in France) and the French government.

• What motivated you to join the group?

At 27, I am part of this graduated generation who is struggling to enter the job market. With a Master of International Management, a 6 months experience in Brazil and a mastery of 4 languages, I still found the doors closed when I started looking for work. And it is BlueLink who decided to trust me by giving me the opportunity to start as a customer advisor. A year after my arrival, I was already a team leader.

 

• What does your job at BlueLink bring you?

My job at BlueLink allows me to practice my skills and acquire new ones. I learn to combine daily rigor and flexibility.

 

• What is your best memory since your arrival?

Oh, I think it’s Christmas party organized by BlueLink. I was touched by the welcome the teams gave to the new ones I was part of.

 

• Would you advise a friend to come to work at BlueLink? Why ?

I recommend it already! For me BlueLink is the opportunity to pursue an international career while enjoying a great working atmosphere.

• When did you arrive at BlueLink and occupy a position?

I joined BlueLink in May 2006 as a computer developer.

 

• What does your job at BlueLink bring you?

Everyday enrichment. Every day, I develop my knowledge and my skills in contact with my colleagues and my clients.

 

• Why did you choose this job?

Just because I love him. I am sincerely passionate about what I do. • What does a day at BlueLink look like? The heart of my job is to develop applications. But that does not mean that my job is solitary! I attend many meetings and I interact a lot with my collaborators on new possible functionalities.

 

• Would you advise a friend to come to work at BlueLink? Why ?

Absolutely. And for two reasons: because BlueLink is an innovative environment, where we work on new technologies, but also a nice and multicultural environment, where the collective has an important place.

• What brings your work to BlueLink?

My work allows me to improve both personally and professionally as well as to support and strengthen my strengths.

 

• What prompted you to choose this job?

I already had an experience in customer satisfaction, VIP services and the airline industry. It was the best way to use my skills in an international and growing environment.

 

• Has your career changed since joining BlueLink? What is your career in the company?

Yes, I have evolved a lot in three years. I started as a consultant for the reservations department before becoming assistant manager of the French language team. Shortly after, I evolved as a manager of one of the VIP teams. After three years, I changed jobs again to become the new Elite Customer Service Manager. It is the ideal working environment to evolve at the same time as the company.

 

• What is your best memory since you started at BlueLink?

It’s hard enough to pick one, but I would say Christmas at the Grevin Museum. Everyone was on his 31! It’s an excellent memory!
