- What does your job at BlueLink bring you?
I get to work with a great group of highly skilled people and we are lucky enough to be representing high quality brands by providing solutions to manage their customer experience.
Knowing you are representing such prestigious brands and helping adding value to them is very satisfying.
At Bluelink every day is different and this makes it an exciting place to come back to each day.
- What do you think are the 3 qualities required to do your job well?
In the customer experience industry whether you are dealing with a client or managing a team it is all about people so being passionate about communicating and helping people is key. Having a spirit of innovation to always want to improve and look for ways to do better is also important. In such a fast changing environment being flexible and adapting is also a big help.
- What does a day at BlueLink look like?
I am lucky to work with some great teams who run the daily operations for our clients activities. I make sure to spend time with each of them and we are always reviewing our performance to see how we can improve the customer experience and how we can add more value. Another part of my role is to create, build and nurture relationships with representatives for the brands we represent and those that we hope to represent in the future. I work closely with them as we engage in planning and strategizing for their services.
- Since your arrival, have you evolved? What is your career in the company?
I joined Bluelink in Sydney as it was just opening its offices and in the early days I was involved heavily in the setting up with a heavy focus on IT implementation projects. Not long after I was able to expand my responsibilities to include the management of all the operations teams in the centre. Over the years the team has grown in size and I have had the opportunity to grow along with it. Recently I have taken on the new challenge to continue to grow our centre through commercial development.
- Would you advise a friend to come to work at BlueLink? Why ?
I would recommend it, we have an open and friendly atmosphere so everyone is happy to come to work. From the first day, you feel supported and part of a team.
